Est debt: 233.9m
No of shares: 811.4m
Net price: (895.55 - 14.7 - 233.9)/ 811.4 = approx 0.80 before 5% retention.
Special distribution to be returned to unitholder: 95% of 0.80 - 0.76
Moreover, unitholder should be paid the dividends for last quarter of 2018 some speculated to be ard 1 cent per unit.
According to those attended last AGM, most likely will get back most of the 5% if rht is unable to meet requirements for new listing in 1 year time.
However, these are just speculative figures using estimates released by RHT previously. Have to wait for the official announcement to confirm.
Thus we can see the current share price @ 0.755/0.76/0.765.

RHT is on the uptrend. Target Price is $0.82
