When ask my guru why result good share no run ? he said must have BB to play, no BB no play !!
A gem in the making.Major shareholders are driving the group and we can only expect positive results.Invest now and enjoy the ride.
i added at 0.50.  long term this should be very good investment.
Financials look strong. I would get in earlier. Price will start to rise again, once issue completed..
first let me subscribe to the rights.
Price has dropped by about 10% since before its proposed rights announcement.
For those who believe in the company' s future, it will be a good time to buy/accummulate.
Most broking houses have target price higher than current value.

I think the dropping of price as a result of right issue already partly reflected in the recent drop from 0.60 to 0.55.
Those insider already taken the first round of sell down BEFORE the announcement of right issue.

Looking past their rights issue, share pricing going down etc.... Ask yourself this questions:
.
.
1. Is the company doing well? Is the balance sheet good?
2. Does the management has acute business sense (from what they are doing in the past till now, and in the future?
3. Moving forward, can their good performance and aggressive growth propel their share price to $80.00 or beyond may be in the next 2 years?
4. Are you willing to be in the game with the management?
5. Are you able to stomach the paper loss currently since we are forward looking?
6. Are you able to buy in more share if it is reasonably priced/ cheap after the exercise?
.
.
For me:
I see this as positive as management also wants us to be aligned with the company direction. Have some skin in the game as well.
I also bought above 0.60.
I will subscribe to excess rights.
i will buy in more shares if the time/ price is right.
I will hold.

theoretically if all newly issued shares are 100% subscribed at the given price at 0.48. the price traded after XR should be:
=(((453000000*0.55)+(23040500*0.48))/(453000000+23040500))
= $0.55
What about those who bought it before XR at may be $0.60/ share?
Should he be lowering his cost/ share by subscribing to excess right?
(note: may not get the no. of excess you wanted)
and there' s no guarantee that price might not go lower than $0.55 before CR.
selling the nil-paid rights and buy more shares in the market (after XR) may be a viable options.
