Ya...i dont care.also....i only care about grandblue env share price.....they can unload in dec 2017 if deal.fail....but think unlikely deal will fail....fire sales....sell so cheap

Yeah it's difficult to understand the sell down..... Unless it's some fraud or big contingent loss somehow or litigation.... still I will take that risk for now.
Lol C&G already received several deposits from buyers. How to fail? They'll still keep the deposits unless c&g is the one who backs out.
Maybe it good if the deal fail.....because the co hold 91019417 grandblue env share listed in sse. Now worth $1290m or sg$265m.....or per share around....27c...the young guy cannot.mgt....so.maybe can ask some.co take.over....eg sembcorp...lol

Pls spend sometime read up.c&g circular dates 8 nov on sgx.com.......feel c&g worth more than that.. .lol..grandblue share worth 265m sg.....

Shareholders.approved special.div 14.3c on early dec 2016....div will.give out once the deal .is.completed......company will.keep.some cash.and.maintain it.listing status for the next.12.months....so.maybe a good chance to.buy some.and keep...this few days kanna sell down...maybe due to.force selling....but mgt say no issue....even the deal.didnt go through....this joker still worth a.lots.of $$$. Got rmb $1280m grandblue env share on hand.. bet many times here.....so far so good...cheers and enjoy the special hongbao..ur money u decide..lol
