Moving down :( Tongkat Ali not so strong...
This penny stock is starting to move again.
I am out at 0.007 with small profit. Will re-enter if it drops back to 0.005.
checked, 10 days ago. terrible acumen on my part based on the looks of it now. didn' t want to be trapped at 005 back then.
bought 005 2 weeks back and sold it at 005. didn' t expect it to move soon.

To clarify a few points:
1. The concessions has an automatic right to a 3 year renewal of its license. The delays are sadly not unusual in Madagascar. In 2014 the project faced the same delays and the licsense was issued. Madagascar operates under internationally approved mining codes so failure to renew would be a breach and the company would be withing it' s rights to sue.
2. The ' Local' complaints, from what I have read, are lead by an NGO. In practice these complaints are low quality and largely disregarded by Madagascan officials. The Tantalus project has spent vast sums ' employing' hundreds of locals who have never really had to work on site and the testing has been limited to a small area of the concession so no damage has ever been done. By any meaure the locals have done well from 8 years of this arrangement and I doubt that they would want this to end given the lack of opportunity in this part of the world. You can always interview someone and find a complaint or two but this is not something any grown up would seriously consider to be meaningful.
3. The bulk of the $25m spent developing the concession to date has been spent on environmental work which is now virtually complete. Feasibility studies have always been deemed unnecessary because the best path forward is to apply for a Pilot Production Permit. The ISR statements from 2016/17 would suggest this is imminent.
4. Chen Tong is one of the few Chinese REE experts working outside of China. The purchase this week of 9% of ISR is a massive sign of intent and signals that he believes that production is close. He knows more than any of us ever will about this project, ionoc clay and the demand for the product in China and beyond. Money speaks louder than words ...

There is no " tantalum mine" in Madagascar, it is just an exploration project for rare earths without a (pre-)feasibility study, without any permit whatsoever. Since a year now, the renewal is pending! If you read Malagasy and or French/international media, you will see that there is big resistence by the local population.

31 Oct 2016 this ISR touched on 0.330 do not know this record will it be touching again? But now only 0.005 si peh low price leh... Who haven' t load heheheh before the ship move..
