I googled and I think UE bizhub city or UE Square belongs to Yanlord.
I used to watchlist this Yanlord and those ang mo funds used to buy at $1 to $1.80 LOL
I think basis Yanlord NAV, yanlord current price is undervalued.
Is it true Yanlord still hold some good assets in Singapore thru United Engineers and also holding some prized assets in key China cities like Shenzhen, Shanghai and Nanjing ?
