With the USD declining again, HK land has to go up. As its already below 1.36 , baseline price should be slightly higher
seem moving up again.....

Another piece of good news is Margaret Ville is now 85% sold. This project will yield a NET PROFIT of 67M if fully sold
so any pull back is a buy ?

Another piece of good news for HK land : Their wholly owned project , Parc Esta, is now 57% sold! Their Tulip Garden enbloc project will be launching next month
Weak USD and interest rate cut from HKMA is what will lend support to HK land

Seems like after force selling, HK Land is moving back up
HK land is also an index stock in the same league as CDL and UOL who are trading at much less discount to NAV compared to HK Land
