8.12.3 Limitation on subsequent offers by the Offeror
Pursuant to Rule 33.2 of the Code, the Offeror may not (except with the consent of the SIC), within 6 months of the Closing Date, make a second offer to or acquire any Shares from any Shareholder on terms better than those made available under the revised Offer. 

They will not raise the offer already la, don' t need dream.

Price action would suggest 90% threshold almost secured.

Tat Hong want to scare retailers by not going to increase price but later nearer to closing date they surely increase...(I think only)...

Yes up till now they only can get 84% ...the volume transaction daily not high...maybe can ask a better price two weeks later....

If the company is not having a good future, why do the major shareholder wanted to increase their and take it private.
They shouldered all the debt if not doing well.
Why would a international fund SCB want to take up a big portion of the shares?
The infrastructure investments are blooming in Asia espacially with the huge support from Belt Route Initiative, AIIB.
Tat Hong being the leader in South Eastpoint Asia and Austria will be the first to benefit from all these.

On the other hand, by partnering a huge international fund to takeover the minority shareholders, who may be with you since IPO, is an ugly act to do business.

 

Anyway hope there is a fight to control the privatisation and can get a higher price....I buy it at 70c last time before Sand casino open...

Much like a controlled stock selling at 2.5 cents. I tried, but could not get 2.4 cents.
