Bro,

Offer @$2.60?

Omg.

You will have to wait quite long for $4 then.

Can't sell.

I am in the same boat. Is it true the offer only $2.60? I just want to know if I am asleep and having a bad nightmare.

How come no official announcement? Glp's NAV 2.59, UE 3.06. How to justify a $2.6 offer for UE when GLP's offer is $3. Haha

If Bloomberg is accurate which I think they are, the offer price is $2.60 per share. What a waste of time.

CWT previously announced 2.33 as the offer price. So, if based on current 2.18, there still 15 cents to be made, however, there is still some unclear issues regarding the offeror that needs to be answered.

That' s the difference between Croesus RT and CWT.

I' m also betting on TIH.

Well i am guessing, if any one wants to get their hands on logistic / warehouse kinda stocks,
other then GLP, can look into CWT ?

Since they already annonced that they are takeover target with deadline pretty near.

any thoughs ?

P/E ratio for UEL is much higher than GLP. Thus I wd rather hold GLP and sell UEL, rhetorically.

Interesting both close 2.70+ ...but GLP do offer greater long term potential in Ecomm and more global then UE.
My guess at least 1.2x for GLP and UE cld be 1.1 to 1.15 as UE sale has talk for a long time.

MichaelSchenker      ( Date: 13-Jul-2017 11:13) Posted:

GLP and UEL both traded at around 2.7+ before halted.

Interesting to see who will get a better deal, afterall, it' s been dragged a Long time. Huge Opportunity costs for some. Anyway, GLP is cd. But I don' t have, only holding UEL.

Wish all holders Luck, hopefully both will go above 3.00

Well, i do believe smart monies are ready to enter GLP after UE done deal which i believe will be announce tomorrow morning before market open.

Unfortunately, GLP also TH this morning.. really a huge opportunity costs for some..

UE a full takeover whereas GLP likely via scheme of arrangement, both offers likely to be at least 1.15x of Book value given the current positive sentiments in Real assets.

Fingers cross and best of luck to all these 2 counters shareholders.
