Time to load back after having sold my cash portion judging by the aggreesive buying by directors.
160,000 were acquired at $1.33 on 13 Sept 2018
38,000 were bought back at $1.35 each..at this rrate of buying..very soon thinly traded again..delisting soon?
69,100 shares were bought back at $1.3514 on 5th Sept
28000 were bought on 29 Aug at $1.37..very funny only 1 such transaction reported 6 times on SGX
21,000 was bought back at $1.365 by directors on Fri Aug 24 2018
104,000 q to sell at $1.40..scrips back
The aggregate of 36,220,386 New Shares will be allotted and issued on 30 July 2018 to the
Central Depository (Pte) Limited (?CDP?) (for credit to the securities accounts of participating
Shareholders with CDP) and to participating Shareholders who are registered in the Company?s
Register of Members (in the form of new share certificates to be posted at the risk of the relevant
Participating Shareholders to their registered addresses in the Company?s Register of Members).
The New Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing shares. Participating
Shareholders? securities accounts will be credited with their entitlements of the New Shares by CDP.
The Company will submit an application to the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited
(?SGX-ST?) for the listing and quotation of the New Shares. The New Shares are expected to be
listed and quoted on the official list of the SGX-ST, on 31 July 2018 or on a date to be advised by
SGX Market Control Department.
Resulting from of the issue of the New Shares, the number of the Company?s issued and paid-up
shares have increased from 690,314,991 to 726,535,377. .

| Yes ...30,100 were bought on 5th April at $1.52 each.May not want to take private as father,daughter,uncle,cousins all in the company drawing huge salary.Biz times only reported and comfirmed at last year AGM...Co willing to sell one of the hotels at Orchard if price is right. |

looking at the volume, i think it held up pretty well. Some BB changed hands definitely.. Maybe we will see a substantial shareholder soon at this rate.

STI dropoed abiut 2% DIrectors bought 52000 at 1.57 0 on 30th May..today 31 May closed at $1.59..hve to push up becoz pple usu go for share scrips instead of cash dividends
