Check with the staff for my poems  account. Was told to  complete some online assessments  inorder to link to poems  HKSE.

Link provide by poems    https://globalmarkets.poems.com.sg/markets-we-offer/hong-kong-hkex/

Should be 1 side commission and it will be link to our CDP account.

Seem like worth transfering as it hit 0.47 hkd on 16 Nov 2016 when the 3rd qty result announce on 14 Nov night.

The company seem to start making some $$$ liao.

Also may has some dividend given for the full year result.

Just my view.

Anyone received the circular already? so if you want to transfer the share to HKSE, you just have to do nothing (and the share cert will be delivered to your house?) or fill up a form ?

It hit 48 cts in HKEX on 16 Nov.

http://www.reuters.com/finance/stocks/chart?symbol=1278.HK

Think it should be worth to transfer to trade in HK.

Further more it had turn from debt to profit.

No hurry to sell if you transfer to trade in HK.

HKEX is 0.42 HKD so divided by 5 gives you around 0.08 SGD...

But when there is a flooding of sgx converted shares to hongkong side, there will be selling pressure..

I think this should be quite negligible...I would consider more on exchange rate whether worthwhile to transfer to HK or to buy directly from HK.

Stick code 1278.h

CNDT is turning around by a very "special" majority share holder.....China Development Bank, a policy bank in China with charters to provide financial support for the development of China. E.g. one road one belt, urbanization and etc.

Since took over CNTD, CDB recovered huge debt, raised low cost funds in Hk, took in many projects to rely on fixed income revenue instead of fully on land sale, latest partnership with 万 科 (biggest developer in China) in Beijin Area. All these actions happened in such short times proved their ability, financial strength, conection power and etc.

If CDB were to continue their works as what they have done so far, CNTD is going to be a much better company few years down the road.

The plan to delist in singapore as what they said is to cut cost and improve trading liquidilty is another step doing good for the shareholders.

In my view , CNTD has long term future and it should worth much more than the current price.

Vested DYODD
