This is bad news for JES holders:
The Board of Directors (the &ldquo Board&rdquo ) of JES International Holdings Limited (the &ldquo Company&rdquo ,
together with its subsidiaries (the &ldquo Group&rdquo )) wishes to announce that the Company intends
to restructure the Group&rsquo s assets and liabilities by means of restructuring scheme between
Jiangsu Eastern Heavy Industries Co., Ltd (&ldquo JEHI&rdquo ), a subsidiary of the Company in the
People&rsquo s Republic of China (the &ldquo PRC&rdquo ), and certain of its creditors for the purposes of
implementing and facilitating the Group&rsquo s consensual restructuring of its debt and liabilities in
a manner which would maximise the value of the Company and its assets for its creditors
and shareholders (the &ldquo Restructuring&rdquo ). JEHI has filed an application to Taizhou
Intermediate People' s Court, Jiangsu Province (the &ldquo Jiangsu Court&rdquo ) for the said scheme
(the &ldquo Application&rdquo ). If JEHI is successful in its Application, a manager will be appointed by
the Court (法 院 指 定 管 理 人 ) (the &ldquo Manager&rdquo ) to oversee the restructuring. JEHI will, at the
oversight of the Manager, restructure its debt and liabilities.
Hard to say. JES has a track record of giving investors false hope. I think the mgmt used to be chefs.

That the risks of playing penny that many hidden news last minute ...Need some mixture of middle cap with penny, insists on diversifaction . Burnt as well cut at 0.027 adopt wait and approach nobody know the bottom , when situation ... news are different from your profile . deeply apologetic
Luckily i have adopt diversification ... 1 down ...However, i insist on my stance rotational play is back have vested...Ezra , CNA , Midas, Villianz , Swiber, MDR , Liongold , KOP , Singhaiyi, Blumont etc...anyone back on play i am safe ... yipa ...
