I held 60000 capland so was expecting 0.155 * 60000 = 9300 cict no odd lots
But received 9280 cict which works out to be 0.154666
Anyone happens to know why? |

maybe when they report, 0.15466... round up to 2 decimal place = 1.55 lo.. is like u buy veg then the weighing scale shows $1.5455 = $1.55 u nid to pay when u go shopping in supermarket

Ya is less than 0.155

Do you know if the CICT share allocation as part of the delisting is based on exactly 0.155 shares per Captaland ? or the 0.155 ratio is a rounded up figure?
I understand the number of CICT shares may not exactly match due to unitary shares in the final calculation. I calculated my CICT shares received is about 0.1547 per Capitaland share. Do yours match exactly to 0.155 ?

1) Friday 17th we get everything. Cash + CICT + CLI
2) CICT can start selling on Friday 17th (odd lots on odd lots market or normal market)
3) CLI only can sell on Monday 20th as it will only start trading on Monday

Tiger is a custodian account, so the cash portion will be credited to your Tiger account.. The CICT shares will reflect in you trade holdings account. You can also goto online chat with Tiger ,look for the help service in accounts page.

IF you using Vickers, can only trade in 100 lots. Odd lots can only via their broker on phone.

To those thinking of buying/selling CICT in odd lots market. The following is the way to do it.
1) Go to unit market as indicated above
2) U can only sell less than 100 shares aka 1 to 99 shares
3) U can only sell less than 100 shares per day to get ur brokerage fee waived..
eg: If u sell 99 shares + 1 share = total 100 share in a single day then u will not be entitled to waiver of ur brokerage fee becos 100 shares
is to be sold in open board lot market. Unless u split into 50 shares day 1, 50 shares day 2 ??? (have to consult ur broker if u think of doing this) |
