This stock was attractive for the special dividends last Jul. Looks like have to buy back some to average the price out...

Many companies have a share buyback mandate to have shareholder approval for company to buy back shares from the open market.
There are guidelines set on how much they can buy back, and at what price.
However, this is not an indication that the actual buyback will occur, only that they have shareholder approval to do so |
