This is only applicable to midcaps and bluechips which involve a lot of bankers on 1 table.
Penny play and small caps play like IHC which is not listed in main board, just few bankers on 1 table, they know each other card and play with retailers.
So, it is gamble but bankers know the card. Anyway, no matter how, chart is right, 11.9 to 12 are the peak price for today, last pump to 11.5-11.6 cap the resistance and pressurise the price, price come down to a level and cause panic selling for those who bought above 11.5, then 11, then 10 and become 9.5cents.
Choose to play with this kind of bankers? bear the losses, willing seller, willing buyer game, don' t blame others.

Bankers are guessing what other bankers cards are....
Investment Bank traders are guessing what the hedge fund cards are and in fact scared to shit like anyone else...
So it may be right to say, for each one its good to play within his/her means...
Afterall, every one here are gambling, and some win: some lose.

Chart is still useful in penny stock, just not advise to play penny, when up, hard to catch good price, when down hard to sell at good price too.
Just played by the few big players who decide when to sell and when to buy.
It is just like gamble but banker know the cards.

Not always the bankers know the cards...

Bro, I don' t know why price drop from 30 to 10, this make 30mins to day chart become not referable.
But just based on these 2 days trading with 2 and 5mins chart, the peak of today is ended at 11.9 to 12 cents. The last bounce happen between 11 to 11.5 cents hour ago has declared that 11.5 has become the resistance level and pushing the price down. Not breaking this level, no hope to this counter anymore. the 5mins mid bollinger is going to keep pushing down the price every 5 mins till it can break it, now is 11.3-11.4, if cannot break, price will be lower and lower, then cause panic selling for those bought above 11.5 to sell to market.
Chart guidanace. May not be accurate since 2 and 5 mins is always for very very short term.
