Fast switch to buy Yanlord or buy Yoma strategic. At least both are undervalued and profitable stock.

the thing is finding a way to lower the property price is not simple. in fact very complicated.

in singapore, it is the same.
if gov lower  hdb price to half (example), hdb flats become very affordable. but 80% sporeans will be boiling coz they are the stack holders and value is halfed: millionaires become half-millionaires.
only those youngsters will be benefited but smaller percentage compared with 80% existing.

so the gov' s support will be be deadly damaged. which gov like that to happen?

I just find it weird. China wants to quickly boost domestic demand, and reduce dependence on exports.

Property purchase is usually the single biggest domestic consumption per household. China government simply
has to find a way to make it more affordable, sustainable. It is a matter of helping the lower echelon in the society
to purchase properties that the China govt should be focussing on. Very much like Singapore HDB initially. 

Preventing money from going into property is  not the right way.

You see, local ang mo funds they ask their HK counterparts for info and data on China prospects.

These HK contacts painted "a gloomy picture" usually.

I quote 1 funny case study without naming names.

You have 1 Singaporean big shot went to beijing to give lecture "on how gloomy"...etc

And yet they after that partnered capitaland to acquire Shanghai Twin Towers for more than rmb 10 bil ! LOL

Any Dip just Buy .

Next qtr results will be fantastic.

1. China new home prices up consecutivve months. Oct up 1 %.
2. Yanlord tianjin sales doing very well. This is very encouraging.

So next qtr may have same dividends 6.8 cts or even better.

In this weak market condition, a strong stock not easy to fall down, just like Yanlord. People are collecting and holding profitable stock.when market is bad. Once market recover back, it will rise further again.

It is not necessary the next will be uptrend.
Also
- the wabc cycle only on the 3day.
- may need another 6 days to complete

I look at day chart again
- look like wave a only

To confirm uptrend
- need w2 formation
