Good to hear that you bought another profitable company Best World. Beware that the price for Best world might drop before 29 Nov, it has been rising alot already, there is a risk involved.
Once  clear the short term seller, Yanlord will definitely move higher price, it is a profitable company. There is no reason it will not move higher. Target price 1.70 and above.  
You may consider to buy another company called Yoma Strategic, target price 0.65 and above.

Yup. Nobody forces them to buy.
Anyway, retail invrstors 10 lot 100 lot even 1000 lot mean nothing to the BBS.
Wont help to push up or push down the share price even if they buy or they dont buy.

Anyway Yanlord is in the rising trend. People are still collecting, you may see from the buying volume. Those sold already just dont make noise will do, nobody pursue you to buy this undervalued stock.

Well, the company hasn' t disclosed how it is going to do it. Please be patient and dont jump the gun. Its strategy will unfold in time to come.
One way is to sell some of the residential properties, collect billions of cash, repay debt. And wait for commercial propery prices to come to the right price. Maybe even can use the cash to buy distressed properties. Lots of way. Yanlord holds only prime location residential properties, selling is not an issue.

I buy at 52 wk lows. Still holding.
