My advise again don' t try to buy or short this. Too risky. May halt anytime.
but there isn' t any news from sgx.. and they mentioned they suspended their trading due to the new terms and condition for HMI

More important is IHC boys say ok. It mean ok.
What would the outcome for ihc and healthway? Positive or negative?

1.1.
The Scheme.
The Board of Directors of International Healthway Corporation Limited (the Company or &ldquo IHC and together with its subsidiaries, the &ldquo Group
&rdquo ) is pleased to announce the proposed acquisition (the Acquisition&rdquo ) by the Company of the entire issued and paid up ordinary shares in the capital of
Healthway Medical Corporation Limited (&ldquo HMC and together with its subsidiaries, the &ldquo HMC Group&rdquo ) (the &ldquo HMC Shares&rdquo ). The Acquisition will be effected by
way of a scheme of arrangement (the &ldquo Scheme&rdquo ) in accordance with Section 210 of the
Companies Act, Chapter 50 of Singapore (the &ldquo Companies Act
&rdquo ) and the Singapore Code on Takeovers and Mergers (the &ldquo Code&rdquo ).
1.2.
Implementation Agreement.
In connection with the Acquisition, the Company and HMC
(each, a &ldquo Party&rdquo and collectively, the &ldquo Parties &rdquo ) have today entered into an implementation agreement (the &ldquo

Wonder what on earth is happening. Even if there was price manipulation did they have to suspend the counter? At least release release some news for stockholders but there' s nothing! Even healthway is affected....
They got no choice. Trading halt only valid for 3 working day. They need more than 3 working day so apply for voluntary suspension.

Healthway is 4.8c...and 4.5shares of healthway can convert to 1 ihc.....4.8x4.5c....is 21.6c....trade with cautious...hopes don' t become another Dmx....
