Just to provide an update : double top formation , expect s retracement before it continues to climb . Any pull back is an opportunity for entry .
Incredulous as it may sound - not so long ago it was still trading at around 30cts when it?s NTA/NAV was 70+cts!!!

I never say 0.42. I say 0.45 based on fibo retracement . I see a better entry price for TS at 0.45 that?s all.

Really ? I have never ask people whether a stock can buy or not . If I made the wrong decision , I just pay the tuition fee . Anyway you should comment when it?s past 0.50.

Thanks Qanghoo.  Adding another 10cts to NAV would push that up to 87-88cts region.  Quite a big jump.  Anyway, hope that the good purported occupancy will push them to complete R18 faster, and then push them to start paying better dividends.

Sorry, I' m not able to help.  But thx for the bullish info nonetheless.  Hope that with the bldg likely to be fully committed soon, TS wld in future be able to increase its div.  Anyway, I think by the next valuation in Jan 19, the valuation cld possibly go up to 600 mil or higher  (now it' s 486 mil).  That wld add another 10c to NAV/share.

Just spotted this report which says that Robinson Towers is 93% leased out.  If its true/accurate, that would be incredibly marvellous!  DYODD.  If anyone can call the leasing agent (JLL?)  to corroborate, please share with us forummers!  Thanks!

Almost wanted to buy at 49 cents but hold back the horses. Looks like lack of driving force ,didn't follow through today. Not a good sign! Likely to test 46.5/47 again !
