I think the CEO is good compared to the previous one but I am not sure about the management team.

Currently, does Oceanus have a good CEO & management team (efficient, honest, visionary, hardworking, not greedy ?
The future of Oceanus depend on the integrity and calibre of the management team.
If they have a " rotten egg" inside the top management team, the CEO must get rid of it quick or Oceanus will collapse again..

At least this time....Feb17 they ( management ) managed to do a good pump to let those who want to drop out can do so.

Obviously the people running the business are inapt in managing it. Given so much money over the years to help them overcome temporary difficulties, they have squandered the investments and turned the temporary difficulties into permanent ones without coming up with any good effective plans to get the company on firm footing. We can only classified them as lousy businessmen, they will not go far in life. Only know how to spoon feed themselves with the funds provided by others. They really know how to use the " maxim" of using other people' s money (OPM) to survive. Lol.

Good Show today! Huge volume and closed GREEN - Big Sellers & Big Buyers are changing hands and I believe it should not be just a one day show for Oceanus. Otherwise their management' s efforts to negotiate the debt restructuring with debtors and setting new business direction would be wasted.

alot of exchange hand means i buy at 0.005 and sell u at 0.007 etc
only 3600,000 shares been short sell
a reverse white hammer seen wonder if there is more upside on monday according to some candlestick it should retest 0.012 again
