Monday blues...TS Jia you!
Saw some further coverage on TS  today, from a technical standpoint on another resource site. Thought I' d highlight.  What I thought was interesting was the heightened interest that others are beginning to take notice.  Can only be a good thing for long-time, long-holders.

This is the reality abt properties in land-hungry spore that lots of analysts (or are they really?) conveniently disregard - some perhaps for their own agenda.

For me, I a bit optimistic for now.  But if mkt really runs, chng kays just might push it up to > 1.  Look at Chip Eng Seng, also a lot of value, but took a very long time to reach 1 (was a 30c stock at beginning of 2012).  So, TS has a lot of potential, but I think lots of patience required.

Once upon a time - it was 30 cents for Long months - and then we dreamt of TS hitting 50 cents. Now that that has happened, we need a new dream price and forum title. Haha. Let?s see and dream Big Big.

Much has has been said about this under-valued stock, but its price has been hovering around $0.40 for the past 3 years.
It started to climb only in Oct 17, now at high of $0.49.
A lot of people will be selling when it corsses $0.50.
Dont get stuck.
 
Oic. Of course no harm..if sure rise up to $1.00, tomorrow I quickly go and Buy immediately ..

Thanks Martial Art - very reassuring. And this time Tuan Sing is even stronger and has a wider array of prime freehold properties, including Robinson Point, Sime Darby Centre and the Australian Hyatt Hotels.
So happy to see R18 inching towards completion - Q3 2018 will be a celebratory event when R18 is fully built and tenanted our. The profits and hopefully dividends will then improve from 2019.
I think we should see a better asset inflationary environment going into the global economic recovery.

Do not underestimate the effect of enbloc, especially those 99 leasehold properties. I have a friend who owns one such property was about $400k during crisis time and it is now worth $2.5 million. 6 times!  After the property was enbloc, one has to find a replacement. In addition, the owner has extra cash and the option to purchase another for investment. Our government is the biggest landlord in Singapore. There is no meaning for them to talk down the property. What they want is a STABLE property market.
Tuan Sing is fortunate to have Robinson Tower to be completed during rising market. The chart pattern of Tuan Sing is quite similar to Straits Times Index. If Straits Times Index could challenge its year 2007 high at 3900, then it is possible for Tuan Sing to challenge its multi year high at $0.75.
Goldfinger has a fair value for Tuan Sing at $0.80. Looks like this is achievable by refering to the charts.

Tuan Sing Fair Value is well above $0.80 - RNAV likely above $1+ There was a very good UOBKH research report you can read.
