XD date is so damn near.WTH.Damn irritated with Wee Hur now
Just pick up a conversion form for wee hur wrt12 from boardroom (singapore land tower #32-01), indicate the number of wrt to convert, purchase a cashier order to wee hur ltd or pte ltd (i forget, pls take a look of the conversion form) from dbs nearby ( 1 share $0.20, 1 lot $2000and submit back to boardroom. P.s. boardroom currently run out of form, say tuesday then got. Kindly do it asap as boadroom need time to process, think less than two weeks
How to convert?
Co continue to buy back at 285 today for 670 lots..if anyone interested..maybe can q at 285 before xd next month. Those

Ya I know. I going to convert next week .to mother share to enjoy the dividen .just sold some to make some money ..and convert back next week

Wee Hur have 3.5% or 1cts dividend coming Sept 12.
and Wee Hur have " Lumpy Dividend" next year! Warrant do not collect dividend.
Expect Wee Hur to go up to 0.38cts

Sold some wee hur at 285 but pick up more lots wrt12 at 8 cents to convert .just to make some pocket money the diff of .0.05 cents..hee.
Apart from wee hur.I also invested some other popular counters like wilmar genting noble etc.these few counters always give me heart attack for the past few months even those I bought it quit low price. Only wee hur that give me some peace even Dow down a few hundreds pts ..thus more than half of my profile is wee hur and it's wrt14. Pick up wrt 14 is because I believe it will hit at least ten cents by 2014 !and I will not let go wee hur so long the divided yield still above five..no pts put money in bank as inflation rate is around five....

Where u got the news that 2 chance giving 3.2 cents dividen in Oct this year. Fy report say no dividen .kindly advise.me. I agree 2 chance also good for dividen yield play but I like wee hur because good profits in the coming year..a big fat profit from their three projects launched recently
haf yu considered SECond chance? 3.3 cents div anncmt due in early october this year. i am also keen on wee hur...been watching it...

Ya..quit surprise when vol surge..maybe so.e .bb bought. Don't buy for short term. Go for mid term with yield more than six. It true. Just check the past record since it listed. Hold for divided
Quite impressive fundamentals but reluctant to trade coz thin volume and stagnant price,then....
This monday morning,6 Aug 2012,at about 9.10am,spotted it at top volume(> 8,800lots then) and price hit 0.31.Thought some unexpected good news,snatched 20 lots when price subdued a bit,to 0.295 when bid > [email protected],ask only [email protected].....
2 hours later,price dropped to .29 and remained there the whole day.
The following 2 days,hovering around.285& .29,volume substantially down,from > 13,000 to today's > 1,000 at .285
Now wondering monday morning's market action,deceptive to lure prey?
So quiet today,wondering whether a bad buy???Was I conned by those creating volume and then unload....

Company start share buy back today at 285*500lots...after two weeks stop...
dont worry no issues! company still sitting around $139 million on hand if i am not wrong. Profit from their three mega projects only start to account next year onwards. My main worry is they stop ballot for more projects as they quit overload, lucky they did try for thomson sites...now hope they buy back more share from market after they kanna block to buy back due to hy result. buy for mid term. will q another 50 lots today at 28 cents. $14000 for $500 dividen within two months, quite reasonable return. good luck..

Currently the stock dividen yield is around 6.7 per cent..this high dividen have been constantly for the past few years.I expect they will give higher dividen soon with lots of profits from recent industrial and condo projects..good counter for yield play...
