With the current market momentum it is not likely that both parties would want the share price to back track. For the restructuring of debt exercise to be meaningful, Both parties would want the share price to fast forward i.e. the debtors would have a head start on the 0.00395cts on the debt conversion share price. I maybe wrong but the price surge before Halt is a selling point to negotiate the deal I guess. GOOD LUCK!!!

Everyone holding on to this counter wanted it to go up and more so for the Bosses and Debtors. Otherwise how can they recoup their money? More importantly, they also wanted to make money and not just taking their cash back and cut loss. They have timed the announcement of their re-structuring just before CNY so that Oceanus can have a good start in the year of the Rooster.Let' s be positive and eat more Abalone!!! for thoese interested, please read their financial statement for the past few quarters... why makes the financial statement a joke?
lesser revenue but higher cost? what type of management is this? if you do not have the capability to sell more, at least you know how to spend less? this applies to many other small smelly chips.. you can just read up their financial statement..
