As i said once break 1.32, price will move higher immediate and continue to rise.

YANLORD EPS in terms of PE ratio is the bestest in All of SGX if I do not recall wrongly all the recent results.

Revenue increase , profit decrease , no good (means profit margin lower)

Simply means :
If Revenue Increase next qtr, Profit will shoot up.
Company in very good stead.

| Bro, where got ppl compare with previous quarter result. If you compare like this, you expect the sales in US in summer holiday should be same with the Winter time. But the fact is that the sales during Winter time(have christmas) is better than the summer time. The current Q3 2018 profit is RMB 1.2B compare with Q3 2017 was only 0.75B, already 64% increased. Total debt increased compare last year is only 340million USD(RMB40.04B minus RMB37.67B), as you also need to include the total assets they own. Total assets : Year 2013 : RMB 61.44B Year 2014 : RMB 66.71B Year 2015 : RMB 79.90B Year 2016 : RMB 93.45B Year 2017 : RMB 106.21B Year 2018 : RMB 100.42B Full financial year profit result below : Year 2014 : RMB 2146 Million Year 2015 : RMB 2370 Million Year 2016 : RMB 3977 Million Year 2017 : RMB 5620 Million Year 2018 : RMB 5058 Million(this is total 1Q-3Q result, which is already achieved 90% if compare the result with year 2017) Total profit and assets are increasing every year due to good management and vision. Base on the current total 1Q-3Q FY2018 profit which is RMB 5058 million(Announced today), and compare with the entire FY2017 profit amount RMB 5620 million, the 1Q-3Q 2018 profit is already achieved 90%, which mean the entire FY2018 is expected to achieve better than FY2017. The highest price for Yanlord in entire FY2017, was $1.80. Now the price ONLY $1.28. Mean the price have more room to grow. There is still have time to collect this undervalued stock before it rise further. Current Price : 1.28 Target Price : 1.70 and above. The Price to earning ratio(P/E) ONLY 3.02 (It is considered damn low, an undervalued stock) |

Yanlord has continued to show profitability.
YoY 2017/2018 is good, but 2018 QoQ shows a different picture. Q3 shows a significant drop in revenue and profit as compared to Q2. This may explain why the share price has headed south.
2018 Revenue Profit
Q1 RMB 7.19B RMB 1.80B
Q2 RMB 9.66B RMB 2.01B
Q3 RMB 5.71B RMB 1.24B
Debt has gone up from RMB 37.67B in Q3,2017 to to RMB 40.04B Q3,2018.

Yanlord profit jumps 76% to RMB5.059B. EPS rose 62.9% to 170.21RMB Cents. Profit attributable to owners of the company in 9M 2018 rose 62.4% to RMB3.288B, surpassing the RMB3.216B achieved in FY2017.
