Total 618..2q result mainly.contribute from harvest and jcube and expect at least one cent divided..at least 7percent divden yield.

How many units are there in total? Can they recognise the revenue in Q2, I think it is progressive recognition since the TOP is in 2015?
From .bt news..more than 370 units sold great news.....wee hour really make a fortune from part centros liao ..third times lucky

Anyone visit the parc centros show room? Any updates? 2q should be out around 4 Aug and ex divided may be in late Aug if got?
Co started to buy back at 28 cents and with the launch of parc centros on sat..this counter may climb new high if good divided declare next month..invest only u can hold for high yield divided

Wee hur will make a fortune if all parc centros cond sold at 950psf ..earns at least $200psf . Going to launch next sat..I think the projects can make more than 1000 millions. Wee hur going to report 2q result early next month and most likely will give at least one cent divided..hoped wee hur will give special dividend as they make quit a lots from recent proj launched

me think too early to judge... volume is very low...and the overall negative sentiments not helping..
should recover back to 0.28-0.285
added on at 0.275..
Sorry. Was hoping I was wrong but looks like it's below water from last week's price, even after 1 cent dividend. Can take a look again at 0.26 level.

after consolidating at 0.28 .. it has shown signs of upward move in the last week..

Yes, dividend is good but at 0.29 not a good price to buy. When ex-div, price will retrace down. Sometimes even below the div amount.
