if move to 0.36.. W14 assuming 1 cent premium should be trading at 12 cents... huat ah!!!!

but the stock really no volume...
imho... it needs to clear 0.285 before any upside move...
at the current price of 0.28.. there is a risk that it will retrace back to 0.27-0.265 level... I think that the reason no one willing to take the risk and buy higher

W14 warrants currently carries a 1 cent premium... not bad for the gearing and timeline..
hope to make multiples from it in the coming months...

been collecting the main share and w14 warrants...
lots of buying by the directors and family members t 0.28.. so it should be well supported
will help to push up too if opportunity presents itself...

I partly agree but if you are in for long term, just stay put with dividend. It's better than a lot of blue chips.
Short-term wise, yes, div already priced in. Can expect to go neutral when div paid out.

after going through the results... i am not as optimistic as you...
i believe with the government tightening property prices... it will potentially suffer.. look at all the other properties counter
it's in a catch 22 suitation.. housing prices go up... government will tighten again... prices go down... development margin erosion...
1 cents dividend which i believe have long been priced into the share price already.
Plus if u look at the potential dilution from the warrants...
It's not a bad result... just nothing sexy to play it up..
result out, very good earned 59 millions last year, much better than a lot of big caps,,LOOKING FORWARDS FOR PUNGGOL COND LAUNCH BEFORE THE SHARE CAN SOAR. I WILL STAY INVEST IN THIS COUNTER AS YIELD IS MORE THAN 7 PER CENT...

Results not out yet? I was expecting them to release full year result after market close on friday.
This counter very safe and consistant. Price range usually between .27 and .32. Sometimes goes really low to .24 but that's when everyone run away from the market.
Think dividend will be around 0.01. So, just on dividend alone, it's already around 7% return. But for short term play, limited road to run I feel.

any sifu can comment on weehur for the coming week? given that they may announce results on 24/2 (fri).
