Something is brewing. So many buy for warrant share. Got hope for mother share.
Time to buy some for profit!
3 months from the date of issue of warrant.
Just received my rights application form 2day. Seems it is rights for WARRANTS and not mother shares. First time I' ve come across this. No wonder it' s trading at 0.001cents. Yes you need to spend 4 cents altogether to convert to mother shares. Anyone knows  when is the expiry date for the warrants?

One warrant can subscribe to one share at $0.003. So the total cost would be $0.004. God speed!
Can any WE holders help clarify this-- if the issuing price for the rights is 0.001 cent, why is its trading price 0.001 cent as well [discount of  0.005-0.006 cent] compared to the mother price of 0.006-0.007 cents?
Unbelievable, nobody wants to buy their rights even. WE has become completely worthless. This rights exercise is a waste of admin fees at shareholders expense-- what a nitemare!
In sg market, rights issues are always shunned by retailers. Abstaining to get rights from all sg listed counters that comtemplate doing a rights issue, should be a must for all players so that issuers will abandon such a bad culture and concentrate on making money via real solid businesses rather than getting from shareholders' pockets.   For myself, however attractive an issue is, I have stopped subscribing rights since 2014, sort of a Boycotting action.   Hope every player can give a strong signal so that every rights will only burden individual directors/major shareholders and not small players.,
CR again. Stock  plummets from 6cents to 0.7cents. Nobody in their right minds will convert the issued rights when that' s just more money down the drain..... WE has become a jambun stock. Cement story becomes fool' s gold. If the BB  syndicates don' t pump up the volume  WE is as good as gone..... with all the  retail investors' retirement savings.
WE must go back to 10 cents to gain investor confident....if not, kan ku.....tan si....delisted
0.007? think oso jialat................... sighhhhhhhh drifting lower and lower.......
SINGAPORE (Mar 11): WE Holdings, the distributor of electronic components, today announced it has agreed to acquire a 100% stake in local sand supplier Hua Kai for a consideration of $25 million.
Hua Kai is primarily engaged in the trading of sand, dredging and supply of processed sand needed for land reclamation activities in South East Asia, and has ongoing projects with partners in Singapore and Brunei.
I think WE ma have some good news coming, anncment on the way
