Minimum Share Price for Transfer
There is no specific minimum trading price (MTP) requirement for existing Catalist stocks to maintain their listing or to transfer to the Mainboard.
- Abolished Rule: The SGX removed the S$0.20 Minimum Trading Price rule for Mainboard stocks in 2020. Consequently, Catalist stocks are not required to hit a specific price floor to be eligible for a move.
- Transfer Pricing: However, for the purpose of meeting the Mainboard' s market capitalization thresholds (see below), the SGX uses the company' s average daily market capitalization for the one month preceding the transfer application

Yes. 20c is the immediate target for mainboard.. as now they are in better position to bid for more contracts.. 👍

Ley Choon receives SGX' s nod for listing transfer to Mainboard
Ley Choon Group Holdings has on Jan 20 received approval in-principle from the stock exchange to move its listing from the Catalist to the Mainboard.
The company, which specialises in underground construction works, had on Jan 5 announced its bid to make this move.
Ley Choon was first listed on the Mainboard back in August 2012 following a reverse takeover of Ultro Technologies.
It then changed its listing to the Catalist in Feb 2017 and it had to go through a debt restructuring exercise and has since made good.
The Mainboard listing will help in the company' s " long-term strategic positioning" as a mature, profitable and growth-stage issuer.
In the most recent 1HFY2026 ended Sept 30 2025, earnings was $6.1 million, down 16.9% y-o-y revenue in the same period was flat at $64.4 million. As of Jan 5, its order book was $325.6 million.
Do you think 20 cents is possible by year end? Or even 30 cents or 40 cents ?

Simple analogy, if no this company has no confidence to generate positive inflow of revenue and profit , it won' t
ask to transfer to Mainboard.

Why worry about the stock price ? Worry about the lack of contract announcement...for contract means money. If no big new contract, the board might be scare to give dividend. The dividend are quite delicious. I didn't want them to stop it.

Receipt of In Principle Approval to transfer from catalist to Main board. This is even better. Funds who are prohibited to invest in catalist board, ah choon due to investment mandate can now invest in Ah Choon on e transfer to main board. More investor will come on board. However the lack of contract announcement from ah choon is quite worrying. It's been many months no announcement of contract. What's happening?
