Probably those who bought before 14th July would wished to cash out some but not at the low of 3.22 which is even lower   than 3.29 (include 6ct- CD) (the day it resumed after halt) ,   that' s the reason for monitoring.

This is like a bond to me now. Hence, not necessary to monitor price too closely. But I do intend to add and have set alert.

Price still so low and never go to $3.30. Sad sia. Dont know when the circular out and can confirm the deal. Hopefully not so long

If you buy at 3.21 , is 5% intetest for a few months wait (3.38) plus Potential Counter Offer .
Why the big funds are selling at 3.21 ? They sell to Nesta because was "prioxy buyers " ?

If no conspiracy of mentioned, nesta should actually be queuing to buy at 330 / 331 for a 2% margin. If a lot sell to them at 3.30, nesta saved potentially hundreds of millions.

So if theg not queuing so, could be some " conspiracy " all along.

a lot of people dont want to wait till whole deal is finalized i guess and only waited till after the divident. so logical dropped a bit after XD. Still price is fixed so those with patience will get the few extra %, still better than money on the bank.

Aiya all this are just manifestos, which are easy to say. Furthermore, investors are always hungry for short-terms returns, are you/market willing to wait (with languishing share price)?

That's why they decided to shorten your pain, offer a premium and execute their long term plans.

GLP' s CEO has such grand plans for the company to conquer the world once it' s delisted. Wonder why this grand plan is not on the table while GIC is the top shareholder:

GLP to delist from SGX after privatisation deal

Nesta eyes expanding GLP' s platform to new markets.
The Global Logistics Properties is planning to delist from Singapore Exchange following a privatisation deal led by Nesta Investment Holdings.
" Nesta Investment Holdings &ndash a vehicle jointly owned by SMG held by GLP CEO Ming Z. Mei, HOPU, Hillhouse Capital, Bank of China Group Investment and Vanke Group &ndash intends to work with GLP to expand its platform in existing and new markets," the report said.

In a statement, Nesta said it will be able to strengthen GLP Group&rsquo s global leadership position by creating a logistics ecosystem that utilises the latest technology and data to provide solutions for GLP Group&rsquo s customers.

More so, the investment firm said it will actively build upon GLP Group&rsquo s fund management platform in existing and new markets and extending partnerships with leading global institutional investors. Such growth initiatives may include establishing a new China income fund, continuing to sell assets to the J-REIT and potentially expanding into Europe.

I was at the AGM. The management is confident that the deal will be completed b4 CNY. Apr 2018 is an extreme case, according to them. I was hoping for b4 Christmas this year though. Let' s see
