Don?t think it?s just rocks and a park. These people are way too smart to get themself in that kind of joke. I think the commercial development opportunity will be huge. The company has already hinted their direction via the previous few international JVs. And i like the fact they are doing this in 3rd tier cities rather than the prime hubs. The cost/retuen factor favours way better, and given their presence there, the speed of execution will be there too.
No such things as watch list for Catalist.

They shld have return the money to the shareholder after selling the good jap asset..but instead, they use that money to buy some rocks and end up at this shitty level...

Some action by Henry Wee. Interesting interesting. Buying over Sun Bowen&rsquo s company.
He still has the $$$. Good to buy more Imperium next week at such a low price. The upside potential is so much higher than downward risk.
And yes, while Wonder Stone Park is not so well known now, it is definitely not as ulu as Mars. High speed rail ready by this year and I do like the Sim Leisure collaboration. I understand the concerns of some about this company and I AGREE, but at below 2 cents, I am willing to take some risks :-)

1. $120m intangible assets is because what they owned is 50 year rights to Wonder Stone Park. The right is intangible. Look at it from another perspective, if they own a property in China, the lease is usually 40 years to 70 years. In the books, it will be &ldquo hard&rdquo asset, but depreciation every year is done similarly as a 50 year rights.
2. As for deferred tax liability, you only pay when you make a profit.
To me, the books of this company looks ok. However, its share price movement is not. Let&rsquo s see what the gang of Sun Bowen, Henry Wee and Sherman Tan can do. They can bring it down so significantly, they can also bring it up :-)

Before you invest Please take a look at the balance sheet of last report. The total asset is 147m of which 120m is intangible asset, not sure what it covers. Cash about 3m but defer tax liability 20+m. Can the new biz succeed?
I seriously don?t think the KAH want to drive this company down, it simply doesnt make any business sense. Instead of conspiracy theories spinning around, why don?t you guys check out SINO ACHIEVE ENTREPRISES LTD. Ever since they took position, all hell break loose. I suspect this the rotten egg. Its reallt not that hard to see whats going on if we all look hard enough. My 2c worth!
