the price went up slightly today on slightly higher volume but the macroeconomic factors may still cause the price to go downwards
there may be some very slight upward trend but it is on very little volume. do be careful as it may be a bull trap
yes it dropped approximately 3% this week on very high volume. even after ECB cut rates. seem like more price drops to come

I do not have any short positions on KDC. but it seems like the downtrend momentum is very strong as it dropped on high volume this morning.
more price drop to come?

now there is a short term rebound to 1.8 on low volume. then it will drop to 1.2 most probably. given the economy is not improving and the interest rate not coming down.

Bearish on this reit.
It is range bound currently. Will retreat only if there are further bad news. Will shoot up once US FED cuts interest rates. Trading range is between 1.65 and 1.80. Just my opinion. Dyodd
