Anyway, years ago CHA Biotech acquired SMG shares at $0.605 apiece, maybe this is a good benchmark for the valuation. cheers. |

From my observation, if halted for 2 days or more, especially over the weekend,
usually a major event, very likely a takeover.
If so, hope it is not a disappointing low ball offer.

If in fact it is a privatisation, I hope the Company' s management and the Board appointed IFA use the Singapore O& G valuation as the benchmark. I tend to get very aggravated when VWAP premiums are used as the main deciding factor for any offer being " fair and reasonable" .
Earlier another healthcare co taken private at 16.8 PE. If SMG to be offered, at 16.8 trailing PE, that?s gonna be 50 cents threabout. Cheers.
