Yes, thanks so much for the info!! Makes things a lot clearer now. Yeah, have been holding on to this stock for a long time, even before the consolidation (lol). So will just hold on a bit more still. Hopefully a more sensible offer is given. This whole situation has been disturbing... such manipulation. I' m such a noob, but I suspect such things go on all the time.. small time investors suffer...

Thanks for the update, I am a long time shareholder, this is my retirement money, I will not be Low balled by kbh, he knows the company very well, he may have other plans up his sleeves but I am not betting on it, the information that was compliled how to access it, thanks
