Which counter no risk har???
Very high risk counter. After the song and dance signing ceremony with Jim Rogers, the price plunged after halt is lifted. I believe there were many panic sellers as well as short sellers. Yesterday' s brief rebound was probably short covering because this morning, price fell more than 10% again.And with the volume being so low now (5 lots buying vs 10 lots selling), the swings can be xtremely dynamic.
If you want to play, expect big wins or loss but also be prepared that if you buy too big, there may not be enough buyers when you want to sell. Trade with extreme care. This is a gambling stock.

there are many counters with placement price higher than market price.. check it out.. be careful.. trade with caution.. no solid money going into the market means investing in news.. high risk though can be high returns if it materialise..

I learn to ignore placement prices. These would have been cooked into their profits already by the sellers like Jim Rogers.

Just last Thursday (Aug 14), the company announced plans to buy a 30% stake in big data firm OOWAY Technology for $23.92 million by issuing 90 million new shares at 26.58 cents each.
