This is an extremely bullish result, realising the sale for more than S$10million profit of an asset that is no longer part of their business model since a few years back. This is a smart move in the right direction, and will allow the company to have a fresh injection of cash to focus on further developing their business arms.
What I am most surprised is the capital gains from this sale. Quite excellent deal-making. Well done Oceanus team!

25 billions shares, not easy to trade, the sale is a one off gain, not sustainable or recurring revenue, hope management make good use of the proceeds. Loss making, NTA $0.0027, high debt, etc. trade with care. Retailers don?t anyhow throw money.

Oceanus disposes aquaculture farms in China for $19.2 mil
Oceanus Group announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Oceanus (China) Aquaculture will be selling four plots of land used for aquaculture farming in Fujian Province, China for RMB 100 million ($19.2 million). The purchaser is in the aquaculture farming business and is an existing tenant of one of the plots.
The four plots of land carry a total value of $8.7 million as at June 30. Hence, the expected gain on the disposal amounts to about $10.5 million.
According to the group, the sale provides a good opportunity to realise value of a non-core asset at a consideration exceeding the book value of the property. The property is currently leased and not used for the group&rsquo s operations.
The proceeds from the sale will be utilised for general working purposes.
Coming. Depending how high BB wants it to fly this round.
it needs a good catalist agent (buyer) to clear 007 :-)
perhaps we can expect next year to see some serious progress in this counter, meanwhile it is just hoovering around 007
