At current price, it has a market cap of 538m. Singapore got many billionaires, hope someday one of them can offer Cheong family 750m to take the company :). It is no brainer.
Sorry I do not know anything about privatisation. There used to be some in the past
very good at such speculation but nothing happened.

Current market cap Iis above 500 millions. I am sure there are many ultra rich individual who can offer to buy out the company at 1b. Then sold off the asset at 1.5b. Just a though.
