well, so far I have not been disappointed with my investment in Dyna-Mac, infact I have been happy with it!
Unless.......share price drops to below $0.23 before 6 Nov 2024, then I will  be disappointed, very disappointed.

Just musing on the low offer compared to some of our valuation (and IFA' s too - $0.66 - $0.80).

Then again, like someone said before - " it ain' t over till it is over" !!

I will wait and if nothing happens, then I will accept HW' s offer.

No, not the ideal platform to land on for sure. That I fully agree.
But really, in this short period of time, do you think there will be a drastic change in the market?

Sometimes the mandate for these big guys is not to keep the warrants and take up rights issue etc.
No heads will roll for sure because this is the benefit of hindsight. Why should heads roll for something which cannot be foresee then?

So after IFA said fair and reasonable does it means we can start send our form to HW and look for other counters to gain profits ?...

 

Most of us here correctly valued Dyna-Mac at between $0.70-$0.80.
I was expecting the offer to go beyond $0.70 to accept.

For HW to take control of a strong company like Dyna-Mac paying only $0.67 is a steal.
In a competitive environment, one should be paying close to $0.80 cents for the control of the company.

Anyway, it is still a week and a bit till 6 Nov.
I will wait out till then.

Besides, hanwa makes a better boss with their expertise. Good for the company to be under HW, not lim and company
