when the delisting date complete ?

Agree - knowledge base is thin. You can see that from the thin trading volumes which means the stock moves are more volatile. Hopefully they will improve investor relations once the delisting from HKEX is complete.I guess as Buffett pointed out as I want to buy more stock I actually want the share price to fall so I can buy cheaper (not that what I want matters).

Good stock, high margin of safety and yield but no investor engagement and education - nobody is going to know about this stock if there are no active promotion by brokers or more importantly the company themselves! For investors who are based here and not familiar with them, they arent going to own the stock.

Come back down due to the bearishness on AI.

Not to worry, the net cash is bigger than the market cap. Some patience is needed but at least can sleep easy at night and have a 6% dividend while waiting.

The book value is $1.32. Book value is where for instance Innotek is trading at now, but both are clearly worth a lot more. In both cases they are sitting on a huge pile of cash (in this case pretty much the entire mkt cap), but the underlying businesses makes profits and growing fast. Also the cash balance is just sitting there largely unused ignoring this they run positive working capital positions so clearly they should be valued at a premium to book.

See below. This is an AI play where the net cash balance is bigger than the market cap so the actual buisness is free!

The Group manufactures VGA Cards for Original Design Manufacturer/Original Equipment Manufacturer (&ldquo ODM/OEM&rdquo ) customers and also manufactures and markets VGA Cards and other products under its own brands, namely ZOTAC, Inno3D and Manli. The Group&rsquo s ODM/OEM contract manufacturing business, serving a global customer base, includes several top-tier computer brands based on customer specifications. For products under own brands, the Group sells to more than 70 countries across various regions, either directly from the headquarters or through the Group&rsquo s subsidiaries in Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, the PRC and the United States of America (&ldquo U.S.A.&rdquo ). These subsidiaries act as importers and regional service centers for their respective regions and sell the products onward to regional customers and distributors. The Group&rsquo s business relationships with NVIDIA and AMD, the two globally dominant graphics processing unit (&ldquo GPU&rdquo ) suppliers, enable the Group to develop cost-competitive, high-performance products and solutions to serve the customers

Exactly. Probably because of the cycling out of the HKEX shareholders this company' s share price has not matched the rest of the SGX midcap space that has chionged.

Buying cheaply from shareholders who need to sell is a good strategy!

I don' t have access to moomoo platform but I am guessing that if you only look at the time it has been SGX listed then only one dividend for a half year has been captured and that dividend yield figure is based off that only?

If you look at both the SGX and HKEX websites the dividend yield is more than 6%. I have confirmed that looking at the cumulative dividends over a year.

This is not a recent IPO situation. The company has been listed for many years in HK. Late last year they did a secondary listing on SGX and now they are in the process of changing their primary listing to SGX and cancelling their HKEX listing.

Not many opportunities like this on SGX (or anywhere else). Net cash bigger than mkt cap so get the actual business for free which is growing fast and has AI/NVIDIA exposure. Also with a high dividend payout, yielding 6%+ based on current share price.

I think the share price is artifically depressed during the period the company is shifting its listing from HKEX to SGX. Lots of people have to sell at any price because they can' t hold SGX listed shares. But this period will end soon and the company finds a stable shareholder base on SGX.
