In 2013-2014 ... this share was still trading above 2+. OUE has similar trend .... NAV was also very high... but the share price dropped to 1.48. The price is around $2. Hoping for similar rebound for this share. Anyway... this type of heavyweight stock... even if get stuck... won' t have sleepless night... and still get to enjoy consistent div each year. As it is trading to a huge discount to NAV... might get capital gain too.

Went in today between 1.585-1.59. Almost 50% of NAV. Can' t understand why such established property giant can be trading as such steep discount. Lately... the property counters seems to have movement
Full year results will be out soon.
Comparing the profits of first 9 months of 2016 vs 2015, we saw a huge improvement of profit.(For details look at the previous 3rd quarter result on 10 Nov 2016 at SGX website.)
first 9 months : 68,372,000 (2016) vs 14,406,000 (2015)
first nine months earning per share :15.52cents (2016) vs 3.32cents (2015) (source: 3rd quarter results)
Share of profit of joint ventures contribute greatly to the increase in profit.

Today done one lot , price up 4.5 cents. According to annual report as of 10 March 2014, total shares issued 389,912,449 shares. About 35.06% of issued share capital of the Company was held by public.
This counter small volume can easily drive up the share price.
According to annual report 2013 net assets per share is $2.96, gearing ratio is 0.08. So this counter is still very cheap.

Just attended this afternoon Far East Orchard AGM, the shortest AGM ever attend. Only last 20 minutes. Only one person ask question.
Last year EGM was much interesting. This AGM was more boring than Fragrance.

This counter quietly up quite a lot less than one month. Seems doing quite well
