40,000 were bought @$1.58 when mkt down 40 over points 23May..today may 24 closed at 1.59
Holding very well today Buy 1.58 Sell 1.59..cd sign soon ex date in June
13800 were bought by directors on Friday May 18 at $1.57..
hotel is a gd money business only when u have enough expertise in running it.. many local developers building one or two hotels nowadays. means this is better biz than building commercial buildings to spin as reits..
hope some consolidation takes place in this industry soon.

Looks like bottom at $1.565 and once CD sign up will cross $1.60 so co needs not pay outright cash as majority will opt for scrips at discount to market price..every year the same strategy..that' s why safe for your cpf but not eciting like Venture

Should privatize the company asap

In june same as last year but exact date not fixed as co need to submit rept to SGX according to Co's secretary..bro.never grab Venture..bottom as co buying this whole week from $20 to $21.59..I dare to buy because I sold off my 3 OOO of my DBS at ex divid $29.25 after buying at $14.50 for some time already...i used the $ buy 3000 of Venture..will.go back again at least $25.00

60,000 were bought last fri Apri 27 at $1.58 each.AGM being 50th Anniversary special mug and a big bag given.Parking fee compensated $3.00 but came out to $6.50..nothing eventful agm
