Errrr. No ones pays this kind of money for a listed shell for status. There are better ways to show status than do nothing with a shell/cash company. Lol
price going below deal price?? When you need to accumulate shares... U want to do it way way below the deal price. Deal price is the premium one pays for controlling stake. Players will press price down for a long time before accumulation ends and price gets manage. Looks like u r a newbie here lol

If u are the boss, would u wanna see your share price goes way below deal price?
Sometimes, a boss just wanna sit on a listed company to boost his status, he may not know to " manage" its price movement.
So, take a step back & think if u are living in denial.
How long have you been holding this stock?
Arthur Tay bought into the company some years ago with some intention for an RTO. I hope it happens as it has been a really long time. I don't think it's a scam after paying more than 20plus million for the controlling stake and possibly more through nominees.

History shows this & a couple of counters are scams, doing of some small time FMs.
Company deal price at 12.5c, now its less than half of it.
