Newbie2025 - Do you plan to DCA as it goes lower or contented with what you bought at 65 cents and collect the annual 4 cent dividends and patiently wait for price to go up in the future.

I only believe in my eyes, not other people BS.. I see Genting share price
at historical low when STI is a historical high and is a falling knife. I only believe
in what I see, again  following your advice.

Well said, my friend. Those who said will shoot up we should bear in mind what happened the last time, the stock shoot down after results was announced. What disillusioned and cruelty it had been?

The operating cash flow can support the dividend payout in the current business operation. And during the bad time like covid period, it is still able to pay the same dividend, so to me, it is low risk and it is better than the REIT
