In case some might not know, Temasek is actually the biggest shareholder of SATS Ltd.  Further to the quote below, it appears Oceanus has secured 875 tonnes to export to our neighbouring countries in SEA.    This is in addition to the state-owned China Resource Global partnership earlier this year.
