Many who bought at 1.32 was because they covered their shot position when that day the DJ future shot up to +250 points . This wekk should see the price heading downward to 1.20 or lower.
Their debt is also getting lower. Not a worry. Normal stock rise base on profit.

Chairman ZSJ stopped buying ever since the coolling measures was announced in Sept. He knew many institutional investors were throwing to him . If he wants to take private he would not have used the company monies to buy back shares, SSB would only keep the price firm or even heading up . Why should he wants to see a firm price when he has an intention to take private ?
Saw the chart is going to rise further... I will collect it.
The biggest rish is once the property market turns bearish and YL has difficulty to sell their developement , then it may be in big trouble , because the total debts  37.6B RMB.
If it is so good, it would not be hovering at current price.
Are we blind ?

Investors are bracing for more debt defaults among China&rsquo s cash-squeezed real estate developers as funding costs surge and refinancing pressure intensifies.
Borrowing costs in dollars for China&rsquo s high-yield issuers, most of whom are property developers, almost doubled this year to 11.2 percent, the highest in about four years, ICE BofAML indexes show. To make things worse, the sector faces a record $18 billion bond maturities in both onshore and offshore markets in the first quarter of 2019. That number is expected to double if investors demand early repayment on some of these notes, according to Bloomberg-compiled data.

Recently, Yanlord is a stock that bring my attention. Why ?
1)It is very hard to find a stock that it can keep profitable every year. Yanlord is one of the stock did it. Let see its history full financial year profit result below :
Year 2014 : RMB2146 Million
Year 2015 : RMB2370 Million
Year 2016 : RMB3977 Million
Year 2017 : RMB5620 Million
Year 2018 : RMB3815 Million(this is recent Half year profit, which is already  80% better than half year result in year 2017)
What do you expect for the full year 2018 ? It sure better than last year 2017.
You may check the above info from the SGX website.
2)The highest price for this stock was 1.87SGD, which mean it has a lot of room to rise further.
It is an undervalued stock.
Current price : 1.32 ONLY
Target price : 1.80 and above.
Cheers.

A lot of "old school economists" thought they know China markets very well. Fact is, most do not.
A lot failed to understand this :
China's transition from 1 Child Policy to 2 Child Policy will have an enormous uplift effect on the whole China Property markets.
Case Study in Hangzhou :
Mr X is a 30 year old middle class man marrying his 28 year old middle class girlfriend. The inherited wealth from their parents will be middle class x 2 resulting in upper middle class wealth status.
They buy their 1st Condo. Then they will buy 2 more for their 2 children each. Total Condo they will at least buy : 3 units.
This is Chinese Culture. Only Chinese will understand.

1. China Banks Lower Mortgage Interest Rates
Some banks in China, including Minsheng Bank's branches in Beijing and Shenzhen, and PingAn Bank, HSBC, and China CITIC Bank's branches in Hangzhou, have recently moved to lower mortgage interest rates by 5 to 10 basis points for first time property buyers.
It is likely due to a spill-over effect from China's recent moves to cut banks' reserve requirements to boost market liquidity, Mr Li said, adding that mortgage loans have been issued at a faster pace nation-wide.
2. Chins New Home Prices Increased in Sep 2018
China's new home prices increased at a firm pace in September, supported by gains in smaller cities. Average new home prices in China's 70 major cities rose 0.9 per cent in September from a month earlier.
