all it takes is for new board to announce strategic review and the price will shoot. after all, from the new investors' perspective, why not just sell the properties and distribute the cash?

Looking at the price action, looks like the new management have given up defending the attack on share price. Even long term shareholders are starting to dump. Talk about value destruction.

I' m slowing accumulating this company also because it' s way undervalued. Not many people can see the potential especially at current depressed price. 
Currently there are only 489m shares issued for such a penny. At current price of 7.2c, trailing PE based on last results is only 2.9! And NAV is 12.1c. It' s quite a no-brainer to buy at this level.
Also, if you monitor the price action, there is a party deliberately throwing the price down, but at the same time, there' s invisible hands absorbing the selling down and buying up. Once the buyer accumulate enough and the selling dries up, buyer will push it right back up to 9c level. I think 10c shouldn' t be a problem in medium term esp once the upcoming results are out.
Based on the solid cash flow from the properties, I' m pretty confident they will start to give regular annual dividends, much like a reit. At current valuation, it' s dirt cheap.
