IF n when Japanese YEN continue to appreciate n continue to goes up, letting go can oso mean.

Capitalise on their return n on their maximum value n treat share holders a fat bonus.

All dependable on the new boss n their top mgt, they got to brain stome n crack their head liao.

3) Prof Tan Chin Tiong. A Director of the Co, shall cease to be Chairman of the Nominating Committee, and member of Audit and Remuneration Committees.

4) The announcements on the aforesaid appointments and cessations of Directors as required under Rule 704(6) of Listing Manual (Section B: Rules of Catalist) of the SGX-Exchange Securities Trading Limited are contained in separate announcements released today.

I' m slowing accumulating this company also because it' s way undervalued. Not many people can see the potential especially at current depressed price. 

Currently there are only 489m shares issued for such a penny. At current price of 7.2c, trailing PE based on last results is only 2.9! And NAV is 12.1c. It' s quite a no-brainer to buy at this level.

Also, if you monitor the price action, there is a party deliberately throwing the price down, but at the same time, there' s invisible hands absorbing the selling down and buying up. Once the buyer accumulate enough and the selling dries up, buyer will push it right back up to 9c level. I think 10c shouldn' t be a problem in medium term esp once the upcoming results are out.

Based on the solid cash flow from the properties, I' m pretty confident they will start to give regular annual dividends, much like a reit. At current valuation, it' s dirt cheap.

Fit my ideal buying of shares. If the next 2 coming qrts giv some div will be icing in the cake. Also i am looking out if they buy any property which will enhance their portfolio. After the successful S/EGM. Mr Bay is out. new mgt is in... 

As of last years financial announcemets June 2015.

It investment in properties amounted to S$72.050 millions.
