I have long this baby after it hit my buy price of 72c. Asset play in tokyo and get rid of the director who pay himself millions in salary. Nav ard 12c and cash rich company. Fit my ideal buying of shares. If the next 2 coming qrts giv some div will be icing in the cake. Also i am looking out if they buy any property which will enhance their portfolio. Any views on this?

As of last years financial announcemets June 2015.
It investment in properties amounted to S$72.050 millions.

Imperium Crown financial highlights as of end 30 June 2015. NAV per ordinary share amt to 11.55 cents. So result may sometimes around the corner.

agree - new management should hopefully do better than old management in delivering shareholder value. the new board is appointed by the new investors who bought in 8.4c. have said this before but obviously the new investors will expect the new board brought in to work to increase the shareholder value beyond that and closer to the NTA level.

Think the dust will settle soon and the new board and stabilize the ship.
Let the bargain hunting begin. At current price it' s deeply undervalued and a no-brainer to collect. The recurring income from the japanese properties are actually quite good. I won' t be surprised when they start announcing dividends later.
The Board of Directors of Imperium Crown Limited (the &ldquo Company&rdquo ) is pleased to announce the following:-
1) Save for Resolutions 9 and 10 which were dispensed with, all resolutions as set out in the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting (" EGM" ) dated 7 June 2016 and put to vote by electronic polling were duly passed by the shareholders at &ldquo EGM&rdquo held on 30 June 2016.
2) Results of poll on each resolution as confirmed by Baker Tilly Consultancy (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. and
Tricor Evatthouse Corporate Services, who appointed and acted as scrutineers for the poll at the EGM.
The removal of Mr Bay Cheow Guan David as a Director of the Company with effect from the date of the EGM.

Mr Pao Kiew Tee. Director of the Co effect from date of EGM, shall cease to be Chairman of the Audit and Remuneration Committees and a member of the Nominating Committee (Audit, Remuneration and Nominating Committees shall collectively referred to as &ldquo Board Committees&rdquo ).
2) Mr Leong Koon Weng. A Director of the Cot from the date of EGM, shall cease to be member of the Audit, Remuneration and Nominating Committees.
3) Prof Tan Chin Tiong. A Director of the Co, shall cease to be Chairman of the Nominating Committee, and member of Audit and Remuneration Committees.
4) The announcements on the aforesaid appointments and cessations of Directors as required under Rule 704(6) of Listing Manual (Section B: Rules of Catalist) of the SGX-Exchange Securities Trading Limited are contained in separate announcements released today.

The big fall is not sustainable. Regardless of boardroom tussle, this is a property play and the assets are still intact and income generating.
If the seller wants to throw at stupid prices, let them. After the dust has settled, price will move up again to where a fair valuation will be.
In my opinion, this stock is still deeply undervalued. We should still see 10 cents and above in months to come.
