Watch out, ?tis Yanlord is definitely heading down 1.30 soon
I used to think Yanlord is a different China stock, not like the other con s-chips. But one never knows. Really hard to tell when it comes to China chips.

But we can see OUE BBS knows the way of "handling oxley " .
Oxley "cooperated with " OUE BBS and let OUE have heakthway amd IHC.
From this we can see how powerful OUE BBS are.
Oxley very di siao. Maybe heard some news. Thats why buy into UE and disrupt their plans.
Oxley may "offend" a lot of BBS.

Their debt is high on an dollar basis (around S$7bn / US$5bn) but their net gearing is about 50%? Thats quite inline with many other Chinese property developers.
Haven' t done any research or calculations on their foward (or revalued NAV) but on a trailing basis they should be trading around 50% discount to NAV? Not that uncommon for China developers. Or is the discount tighter or wider these days? Very long never look at China developers in general. The problem is I think this counter is a common short as a hedge against China developers...
