I think changes in income tax regulations and weak IDR at the moment will erode earnings.
Not looking at other things yet
but based on what i observe  This stock pays about 150 to 200 basis point more than the other reits
Its to compensate the dpu to be at approx 8 percent per annum
forecasting the future dpu drop without the new regulation, it would eventually reach 0.07 per quarter so for me i would only enter at 0.35 so that it would still result in 8 percent returns

I think the fairer price would be at 0.35
Look at the proforma working in the ann' t yesterday evening,... less than 10% fall in the dpu.

New tax regulation, their revenue needs to pay 10% tax to indo govt. distribution will drop significantly
Hi, anyone has any idea what' s happening to LM share price? Looks almost like free fall.
There was a write-up a few mths ago abt incomesupport expiring this yr,... distributable income will drop from here,....
LOok at what happened to Sabana REIT. Nothingturned out from the EGM, except for the CEO resigning a few months later,...
Yeah,... agreed with this statement too,... if not happy, better sell away,... the majority of the investors will not know this, they will just agree to waive,...look at what happened to other REITs. Secondly, even if we are able to force them to ' eat up all our units' , what sort of price will they offer ?
Looks like this Lippo Group has better focus on First REIT than for LMIRT. First REIT' s position seems better.

its not that bad news after all:

Business Reasons: under certain circumstances, MIS will withdraw a Credit Rating for a Rate
d Entity or an

Rated Entity or obligor
. MIS&rsquo s business reasons generally do not reflect any concerns about the Rated
Entity&rsquo s creditworthiness or the quality of its management. MIS&rsquo s decision to withdraw a rating under these
circumstances will attempt to balance the informational benefit to ma

a Credit Rating against the resources required to maintain and monitor that Credit Rating or other
business considerations
Carefull guys, " withdraw" means it' s good for LMRIT right? Will Moody' s reinstate the previous rating?
