On profiting...good chance to collect as playees took some profit from the table.

This Mr Bay were once former executive director of CDI n is leading the charge in CDI. Which incidently don't n or can't make money, that why when someone like Mr Lim came in....n rename now as Imperium Crown put yp a rather profitable team.

Went up today. The way i see it, its a tussle between the existing shareholders, and the new shareholders who bought over from the former director. New shareholders bought at 8.4 cents so i am sure they want someone to work to increase shareholder value beyond that.

News on SGX announcement on 1st June 2016.
Confidence in the current Board and its business strategy, and proposing that the Company appoint David Bay as an Executive Director of the Company.
It' s calling on SSH, and since as a former Executive Director of the old company called CDI before Mr Lim took over and as totally in-charge of CDI, he really did not know how to make it his company profitable.
This maybe one part of many reason and why LIm now bo chap seow n sold his holding to new boss.
Look like the none executive director. Mr Bay wanted the cake n eat it badly.
One year later n now with old board chairman n Executive Director exit
Look like smaller shareholders with less then 10% shares will want the cake n eat it too. What happened during this one whole year under the old board chairman?.

any thoughts on this counter? looks like some shareholder activism might be going on and new substantial shareholder behind it too.
