it' s normal for some people dislike O & M counter at the current low oil price and not many counters listed in SGX are cash rich company. Debit problem will resolve if the company make money every qtr and every year ....

only know Petrobas running into problem in Brasil lately and Rex very speculative counter
If you keen to long them when they are in the deep must also run fast when price push up

just 4 mio shares returned but you can imagine how much shortist made if they sold at $1.00 and buy back at 0.40
interest not more than 20K
Oil may go further south.... bluechip is trading at peak.... mkt will correct in May 2015....
