At one time, there were absolutely no buyers for Ezra & Swiber bonds.

Coupon at 4.75% due March 2016, sold at 95 ish bought slightly above par but collected 3 rounds coupons!
Trust me, it was very diffcult getting buyer for Ezra bond at a fair price.
The person whom bought from me sure make money when due, That is IF Ezra could pay off the bond when mature.
Anyway to me no point losing sleep over a few Ks.
Tonight i sleep better! :)

Just sold my 1ticket Ezra 2016 bond at few Ks lost, surprisingly relieved.

not worried, just waiting for the rights issue. now that even you as a hardcore supporter does not deny that rights issue is on the table, i am even more convinced that it is coming.
EZRA is still at about same price i bought since in Dec till now ... on top of the bonus shares i received in DEC ...

But again if you think , share price already less than half of book value , you want to do rights issue to raise capital , doesn' t it makes more sense to push the share price much higher so that you can raise more money ? How much can you raise if it issue rights excercise price of let' s say only 35c ?

how is ezra going to raise funds to deal with the large amount of debt which will be due soon? is rights issue on the table?
